This Privacy Policy describes how Alphamaxing, operated by Blake Ratliff, an individual, collects, uses, and handles information submitted through the website located at https://alphamaxing.com (the "Website").

Blake Ratliff operates Alphamaxing as an individual. Alphamaxing is not an LLC, corporation, or other separate legal entity.

By using the Website or submitting information through any Website form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collected

Alphamaxing collects information only through the voluntary submission forms described in Sections 3 through 6 below. The Website does not require account registration, does not offer paid memberships or subscriptions, does not process payments, and does not host public user-generated content.

IP addresses may be processed temporarily by the server for rate-limiting purposes during the applicable rate-limit window (15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on the form). IP addresses are not stored in submission tables and are not retained after the rate-limit window expires.

User-agent strings and raw request headers are not stored in submission tables.

Honeypot fields are used for spam prevention. Any value entered in a honeypot field is discarded and is not stored as a genuine submission.

3. Join Form

The Join form at /join may collect the following information when voluntarily submitted:

• Email address (required)
• First name (optional)
• Selected primary interest (optional)
• Email communication consent (required checkbox)
• UTM attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) if present in the referring URL

Join submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission unless consent is withdrawn sooner. The privacy-version identifier associated with Join submissions is 2026-07-29.

The Contact form at /contact may collect the following information when voluntarily submitted:

7. Technical and Security Information

The Website is hosted on the GoDaddy/Airo platform. Standard server logs may be generated by the hosting infrastructure. Alphamaxing does not control the retention of hosting-infrastructure logs.

Form submissions are stored in a platform-managed MySQL database. There is no public API endpoint that exposes private form records.

The Website uses HTTPS for data transmission. Alphamaxing takes reasonable technical precautions to protect submitted information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How Information Is Used

Information collected through Website forms may be used to:

• Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact or Partnerships forms
• Communicate with individuals who have provided consent for future communications through the Join or pre-workout waitlist forms
• Evaluate partnership proposals submitted through the Partnerships form
• Conduct demand research for the pre-workout product in development
• Understand aggregate interest and attribution through UTM data
• Maintain security and prevent abuse through rate-limiting

Personal information submitted through forms is not included in analytics event payloads. Form records are not sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms.

9. Consent and Communications

The Join and pre-workout waitlist forms include an explicit, unchecked consent checkbox. Submission of these forms without checking the consent box is not permitted by the form validation.

No automated, transactional, newsletter, or promotional email is currently sent by Alphamaxing. No SMTP or email-delivery provider is configured at this time. The Website currently collects consent for possible future communications. Any future commercial email will include a functioning opt-out or unsubscribe method.

To withdraw consent or request deletion of your submission, contact Alphamaxing at the address in Section 18.

10. Analytics and Browser Storage

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is intended for use on this Website but is currently dormant because no GA4 Measurement ID has been configured. No GA4 data is collected at this time.

GoDaddy/Airo C2 measurement loads only after a visitor grants analytics consent through the Website's cookie-consent banner. No C2 measurement data is collected before consent is granted.

Cookies: The Alphamaxing application currently sets no HTTP cookies.

localStorage: Analytics-consent preference is stored in first-party localStorage under the key c2_analytics_consent for up to 365 days.

sessionStorage: UTM attribution parameters may be stored temporarily in sessionStorage under the key am_utm_session for the duration of the browser session. UTM values may also be transmitted and stored with form submissions.

Advertising: No advertising pixels, remarketing systems, or advertising networks are used on this Website. There is no Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, or other advertising integration.

Google Fonts: The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive ordinary browser-request information (such as IP address and user-agent) as part of serving font files. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

YouTube embeds: Video content on this Website uses youtube-nocookie.com embeds without the enablejsapi=1 parameter. This reduces the data YouTube can collect from visitors who have not interacted with the embedded player.

11. External Services and Links

The Website may link to or load resources from the following external services:

• Amazon — Books authored by Blake Ratliff are purchased externally through Amazon. Clicking a book link takes you to Amazon's website, which is governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.
• YouTube — Video content is embedded using youtube-nocookie.com. Visiting YouTube's website is governed by Google's privacy policy.
• TikTok, Instagram — Social media links are provided for informational purposes. Visiting these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Google Fonts — Font files are loaded from Google's servers as described in Section 10.
• GoDaddy/Airo — Hosting and consent-gated analytics measurement as described in Section 10.

Alphamaxing is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or services. Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement.

12. Hosting and Service Providers

The Website is hosted on the GoDaddy/Airo platform. Form submission data is stored in a platform-managed MySQL database provided by GoDaddy/Airo. Alphamaxing does not operate its own database infrastructure.

No additional third-party data processors, payment providers, email providers, customer-account providers, or affiliate-tracking systems are used.

13. Data Retention

Submission records are retained for the following periods:

• Join submissions: 24 months from the date of submission, unless consent is withdrawn sooner.
• Contact submissions: 24 months from the date of submission.
• Partnership submissions: 36 months from the date of submission.
• Pre-workout waitlist submissions: 24 months from the date of submission, unless consent is withdrawn sooner.
• Rate-limit IP information: Memory-only during the applicable rate-limit window (15, 30, or 60 minutes). Not stored in submission tables. Not retained after the window expires.

Records may be retained beyond the standard periods only when reasonably necessary for security purposes, to resolve disputes, or to comply with legal obligations.

14. Privacy Requests and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through a Website form. You may also withdraw consent for future communications.

To submit a privacy request, use the Contact page. Include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and verify control of the email address connected to the applicable submission record.

Alphamaxing will endeavor to respond to privacy requests within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may require additional time.

Alphamaxing does not provide automated self-service access, correction, or deletion tools at this time. All requests are handled manually.

15. Children's Privacy

This Website is a general-audience website. It is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

Visitors under 13 must not submit personal information through any Website form. The Website does not verify visitor ages, collect dates of birth, or provide parental-consent tooling. Alphamaxing does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this Website, please contact Alphamaxing via the Contact page and the information will be deleted.

16. Information Security

Alphamaxing takes reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These precautions include HTTPS transmission, server-side input validation, rate limiting, and honeypot spam prevention.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Alphamaxing cannot guarantee absolute security of submitted information.

Alphamaxing may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
